Butterscotch Baked Pears

4 pears
3 oz. (6 Tbs.) butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until pears are soft to touch. Mix cream, vanilla together, warm in microwave and drizzle over pears. Salt to with kosher salt.
