Lion house lemon fish bake

8 fish fillets, washed in cold water
salt
5 T butter
1 lemon thinly sliced
1/4-1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c cheddar cheese
lemon sauce

Lemon sauce
1 T cornstarch
1 T butter make a paste,
11/2 C water
1/4 C lemon juice, bring water and lemon juice to a boil, then combine with the paste.

place fish in single layer in shallow buttered baking dish. salt fillets lightly, then top with 2 t of melted butter. cover with foil and bake 450* until fish flakes easily with fork. allow 10 min of baking time for each inch of thickness. when fish is baked drain off part of liquid. cover fish with lemon sauce. serve topped with slice of lemon and dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese.
